Are you a café or restaurant owner? This page covers your customers' use of the loyalty card. Your own subscription is covered by our Business Terms of Service instead.
Reloy is a digital loyalty card. You collect stamps at a participating café, and when a card is full you may earn a reward offered by that café. Please read these terms — by creating an account or using Reloy you agree to them.
1.Who we are & what Reloy is
Reloy ("Reloy", "we", "us") provides the software and platform that lets a café run a digital stamp-card loyalty program. Reloy is a technology service only. The rewards, discounts, products and services you receive are offered, priced, honoured and fulfilled by the independent café you visit — not by Reloy. Your relationship for any reward or purchase is with that café.
2.Eligibility & your account
- You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to use Reloy. If you are a minor, use Reloy only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You register with your mobile number and verify it with a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your number and device secure.
- One account per person. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone else.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3.Stamps & rewards
- Stamps are collected by tapping the café's card or scanning at the café. A reward is granted when a card is completed, drawn at random from the rewards that café currently offers.
- Rewards and discounts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable and non-resellable.
- Rewards may expire. Each reward shows its own expiry; expired, used, or unclaimed rewards are forfeited.
- The café may add, change, limit, or withdraw any reward, the number of stamps required, or the whole program at any time, with or without notice.
- Reloy does not guarantee that any reward will be available, honoured, or fit any particular purpose. Any dispute about a reward, its quality, or a purchase is between you and the café.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Create fake stamps or rewards, use multiple or automated accounts, or otherwise manipulate or defraud the loyalty program.
- Copy, share, sell, or reuse tap links, codes, or QR codes to obtain stamps or rewards you did not legitimately earn.
- Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its security, or other users' accounts.
- Use Reloy for any unlawful purpose.
If we reasonably believe an account has broken these rules, we or the café may suspend or close it and cancel any affected stamps or rewards.
5.Service "as is" & availability
Reloy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service — including a café's program — at any time.
6.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reloy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of rewards, discounts, data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of (or inability to use) the service. Reloy is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any café. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7.Privacy
We collect and process only what the loyalty service needs to work:
- What we collect: your mobile number, the name you choose, and your loyalty activity (stamps, cards completed, rewards earned and redeemed).
- Why: to verify your identity by OTP, to run your loyalty card, to show your rewards, and to give the café aggregate statistics about its own program.
- SMS: by signing up you consent to receive a one-time verification code by SMS. We do not send marketing SMS without your consent.
- Sharing: we do not sell your personal data. Your loyalty activity is visible to the café you use. We use service providers (such as an SMS provider and hosting) only to operate the service.
- Where it's stored: Reloy is hosted on infrastructure located in Iran. We don't transfer your personal data outside Iran.
- Retention & security: we keep your data while your account is active and as needed for the café's records, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we must keep a record for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
- Your choices: you can stop using Reloy at any time and ask for your account to be closed by contacting us. You can also ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us at the address below.
8.Termination
You may stop using Reloy and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.
9.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the app. Continuing to use Reloy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Iran.

صاحب کافه یا رستوران هستید؟ این صفحه مربوط به استفاده مشتریان شما از کارت وفاداری است. اشتراک خودتان تحت پوشش شرایط کسبوکارها است.
Reloy یک کارت وفاداری دیجیتال است. شما در کافههای عضو مهر جمع میکنید و وقتی کارتی پر شود، ممکن است جایزهای را که آن کافه ارائه میدهد دریافت کنید. لطفاً این شرایط را بخوانید — با ایجاد حساب کاربری یا استفاده از Reloy، آنها را میپذیرید.
۱.ما چه کسی هستیم و Reloy چیست
Reloy («Reloy»، «ما») نرمافزار و پلتفرمی را ارائه میدهد که به یک کافه امکان میدهد برنامه وفاداری کارتمهر دیجیتال خود را اجرا کند. Reloy تنها یک سرویس فناوری است. جوایز، تخفیفها، محصولات و خدماتی که دریافت میکنید توسط کافه مستقلی که از آن بازدید میکنید ارائه، قیمتگذاری، تأمین و اجرا میشود — نه توسط Reloy. رابطه شما برای هر جایزه یا خریدی، با همان کافه است.
۲.شرایط استفاده و حساب کاربری شما
- باید از نظر قانونی توانایی ورود به یک قرارداد برای استفاده از Reloy را داشته باشید. اگر خردسال هستید، Reloy را تنها با رضایت والدین یا سرپرست قانونی استفاده کنید.
- با شماره موبایل خود ثبتنام میکنید و آن را با یک کد یکبارمصرف (OTP) تأیید میکنید. شما مسئول حفظ امنیت دسترسی به شماره و دستگاه خود هستید.
- هر فرد فقط یک حساب کاربری دارد. شما موافقت میکنید اطلاعات دقیق ارائه دهید و جای شخص دیگری را نگیرید.
- شما مسئول تمام فعالیتهایی هستید که تحت حساب کاربری شما انجام میشود.
۳.مهرها و جوایز
- مهرها با ضربهزدن به کارت کافه یا اسکن در کافه جمعآوری میشوند. وقتی کارتی تکمیل شود، جایزهای بهصورت تصادفی از میان جوایزی که آن کافه در حال حاضر ارائه میدهد، اعطا میشود.
- جوایز و تخفیفها هیچ ارزش نقدی ندارند، قابل تبدیل به پول نیستند و غیرقابل انتقال و غیرقابل فروش مجدد هستند.
- جوایز ممکن است منقضی شوند. هر جایزه تاریخ انقضای خود را نشان میدهد؛ جوایز منقضیشده، استفادهشده یا مطالبهنشده از بین میروند.
- کافه میتواند در هر زمان، با یا بدون اطلاع قبلی، هر جایزه، تعداد مهرهای موردنیاز یا کل برنامه را اضافه، تغییر، محدود یا لغو کند.
- Reloy تضمین نمیکند که هر جایزهای در دسترس، معتبر یا مناسب هدف خاصی باشد. هرگونه اختلاف درباره یک جایزه، کیفیت آن یا یک خرید، بین شما و کافه است.
۴.استفاده مجاز
شما موافقت میکنید که:
- مهر یا جایزه تقلبی ایجاد نکنید، از چند حساب یا حسابهای خودکار استفاده نکنید و به هیچ شکلی برنامه وفاداری را دستکاری یا از آن کلاهبرداری نکنید.
- لینکها، کدها یا کدهای QR ضربهزدن را برای دریافت مهر یا جایزهای که بهطور مشروع کسب نکردهاید، کپی، اشتراکگذاری، فروش یا استفاده مجدد نکنید.
- در سرویس، امنیت آن یا حسابهای سایر کاربران دخالت، کاوش یا تلاش برای دسترسی غیرمجاز نکنید.
- از Reloy برای هیچ هدف غیرقانونی استفاده نکنید.
اگر بهطور منطقی معتقد باشیم حسابی این قوانین را نقض کرده، ما یا کافه میتوانیم آن را تعلیق یا مسدود کرده و هر مهر یا جایزه مرتبط را لغو کنیم.
۵.سرویس «همانگونه که هست» و در دسترس بودن
Reloy «همانگونه که هست» و «همانگونه که در دسترس است» ارائه میشود، بدون هیچگونه ضمانتی، صریح یا ضمنی، تا حداکثر میزان مجاز طبق قانون. ما تضمین نمیکنیم که سرویس بدون وقفه، بدون خطا یا همیشه در دسترس باشد. ما ممکن است هر بخشی از سرویس — از جمله برنامه یک کافه — را در هر زمان تغییر، تعلیق یا متوقف کنیم.
۶.محدودیت مسئولیت
تا حداکثر میزان مجاز طبق قانون قابلاجرا، Reloy و اپراتورهای آن مسئول هیچگونه خسارت غیرمستقیم، تصادفی یا تبعی، یا از دست رفتن جوایز، تخفیفها، دادهها، سود یا اعتبار ناشی از یا مرتبط با استفاده شما از سرویس (یا ناتوانی در استفاده از آن) نیستند. Reloy مسئول اقدامات، کوتاهیها، محصولات یا خدمات هیچ کافهای نیست. هیچچیز در این شرایط، مسئولیتی را که طبق قانون قابلاجرا قابل حذف نیست، حذف نمیکند.
۷.حریم خصوصی
ما فقط آنچه را که سرویس وفاداری برای کارکردن نیاز دارد جمعآوری و پردازش میکنیم:
- چه چیزی جمعآوری میکنیم: شماره موبایل شما، نامی که انتخاب میکنید و فعالیت وفاداری شما (مهرها، کارتهای تکمیلشده، جوایز کسبشده و استفادهشده).
- چرا: برای تأیید هویت شما از طریق OTP، اجرای کارت وفاداری شما، نمایش جوایز شما و ارائه آمار کلی برنامه به کافه.
- پیامک: با ثبتنام، شما با دریافت یک کد تأیید یکبارمصرف از طریق پیامک موافقت میکنید. ما بدون رضایت شما پیامک تبلیغاتی ارسال نمیکنیم.
- اشتراکگذاری: ما اطلاعات شخصی شما را نمیفروشیم. فعالیت وفاداری شما برای کافهای که استفاده میکنید قابل مشاهده است. ما از ارائهدهندگان خدمات (مانند ارائهدهنده پیامک و میزبانی) فقط برای اجرای سرویس استفاده میکنیم.
- محل نگهداری دادهها: Reloy روی زیرساختی در ایران میزبانی میشود. اطلاعات شخصی شما را به خارج از ایران منتقل نمیکنیم.
- نگهداری و امنیت: ما دادههای شما را تا زمانی که حساب شما فعال است و طبق نیاز برای سوابق کافه نگه میداریم و اقدامات معقولی برای محافظت از آن انجام میدهیم. هیچ سیستمی کاملاً امن نیست. اگر حساب خود را ببندید، اطلاعات شخصی شما را ظرف ۹۰ روز حذف میکنیم، مگر در مواردی که نگهداری آن برای دلایل قانونی، حسابداری یا جلوگیری از تقلب لازم باشد.
- انتخابهای شما: میتوانید در هر زمان استفاده از Reloy را متوقف کرده و با تماس با ما، درخواست بستن حساب خود را بدهید. همچنین میتوانید با تماس با ما از طریق آدرس زیر، درخواست دریافت نسخهای از اطلاعات شخصی خود یا اصلاح آن را بدهید.
۸.خاتمه
شما میتوانید در هر زمان استفاده از Reloy را متوقف کرده و درخواست بستن حساب کاربری بدهید. ما ممکن است در صورت نقض این شرایط یا توقف ارائه سرویس، دسترسی شما را تعلیق یا پایان دهیم.
۹.تغییرات در این شرایط
ما ممکن است این شرایط را هر از چند گاهی بهروزرسانی کنیم. آخرین نسخه همیشه در اپلیکیشن در دسترس خواهد بود. ادامه استفاده از Reloy پس از یک تغییر، به معنای پذیرش شرایط بهروزشده است.
۱۰.قانون حاکم
این شرایط تابع قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران است و هرگونه اختلاف در صلاحیت دادگاههای صالح ایران خواهد بود.
