Simple setup, fully separate from your accounting system.

Training on how it works, if you need it.
The exact card your customers keep on their phone
Why choose Reloy?
Built for your café's busiest hours.
It does not slow the queue down
A press takes about as long as a card payment. The customer holds out their own phone, your cashier presses the stamp to it, and nobody types anything, just one tap to confirm on the panel already open behind the counter.
No more printing paper cards
No reprints when the design changes, no boxes of cards behind the counter, no stamp pad drying out.
Almost nothing asked of the customer
A name and a mobile number, once. No app store visit, no password to invent, no email to verify, no storage used on their phone.
Your café stays front and centre
Your colours, your logo and your name are on every screen a customer sees. Reloy stays behind the scenes.
See when your regulars return
Compare 7 or 30 days of real stamp data to spot your busiest days, your strongest hours, and whether repeat visits are growing.
It still feels like a stamp
The tag we send you is a classic stamp with the chip inside. Your staff press it onto the phone the way they always pressed paper, the same ritual your counter already had, without the ink pad.
We set it up, not you
We send the NFC tag, get your card and reward configured, and show your staff how it works on the floor. You are running in about a week.
How Reloy works
From the first stamp to the first reward.
What you get
A busy month and a growing café are not the same thing.
Every tap is a data point your counter never kept. This is part of the owner dashboard, showing your busiest hours, how many customers come back and how often, and which rewards actually get claimed, with sample figures from a café doing a few hundred stamps a month.
When they come
The rush you can feel is now a number you can plan around
Every stamp is time-stamped, so the grid fills itself in. Each square is the stamps taken in that day and that hour across your last 30 days, darkest where you were busiest, and any square will tell you its exact count.
Use it to put your strongest staff on the hour that genuinely brings more customers in, stop paying for a quiet Monday morning, and match your baking and prep to the busy hour instead of guessing at it. put your strongest staff on the hour that actually earns, stop paying for a dead Monday morning, and time your bake to the rush instead of guessing at it.
4.2 days
typical gap between one customer’s visits
38% new this month · 62% returning
Whether they come back
Are you building regulars, or just serving passing customers?
One is the rhythm of a returning customer: the typical gap between one person's own visits, taken as a median so a single straggler wandering back after three months cannot skew it. The other splits everyone active this month into faces your staff had seen before and faces they had not.
Use it to see what share of your café's activity comes from returning customers, and how long they usually leave between visits. If that gap grows, you see the change in your customers' behaviour sooner. tell a café that is growing apart from one that is only replacing what it loses. And when that gap starts stretching, you hear about it before the quiet week arrives.
71%
of issued rewards actually claimed
usage rate by reward type
Whether the reward works
Is the prize worth it?
The ring is every reward earned in the last 30 days against the ones actually claimed. Each bar under it is that same rate for a single prize, so the reward people hurry back for and the one they let expire stop looking alike.
Use it to retire the reward nobody claims and bring the other one to the front of the card. A reward that goes unused does not bring customers back. retire the prize nobody claims and put the one they do on the front of the card. A reward that is earned and never used costs you nothing, but it brings nobody back either.
Targeting customers with messages and special discounts is in development.

About Reloy
Started in London. Built in Mashhad.
I saw the idea for Reloy in London and decided to build it for Iran. Today our team works on building and running Reloy from Mashhad, the city our first cafés are in.
That is why setting Reloy up is never just a guide file sent to your inbox. If it is needed, one of us walks in through your café door.
Support, to us, means talking directly to the people who build the product, not getting lost in a queue of tickets.
We are still making it better.
It is running behind real counters right now as a pilot, alongside the first café owners who trusted us and agreed to try it. We are still learning from their feedback and improving the product on what they live with every day.
Joining at this stage means a direct line to the team building it, our full attention, and a real say in what gets built next.
There is no complicated contract and nothing is installed on your machines. If Reloy does not earn its place on your counter, you simply stop.

Questions
The things owners ask us first.
How it works
Does my customer have to download an app?
No, and this is the part that makes the difference at the counter. Reloy is a web page. One press of the stamp opens it instantly, with nothing from the App Store or Play Store, nothing to install, and no storage used. They can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app, but it is a shortcut, not a download.
What if my payment terminal does not support NFC?
It does not matter. The Reloy stamp is a completely separate object that lives behind your counter. It has nothing to do with your card machine, your till, or your payment provider, and it needs no power, no wiring and no internet of its own.
Can I require a minimum purchase before a stamp counts?
You can set one, and it shows right on the customer's card so they know the threshold going in. We are not connected to your till or accounting system, so we cannot check the bill ourselves. It is your cashier's call to only press the stamp once the purchase clears it. Leave it at zero, the default, and there is nothing to enforce at all.
Can I change the reward later?
Yes, whenever you like, from your dashboard. You control both the discount and how many stamps it takes to earn it. Existing cards pick up the change automatically, so nobody has to be issued a new one.
What happens if a customer changes their phone?
Nothing is lost. Their card lives on our server against their mobile number, not on the handset. Your cashier stamps the new phone, they confirm their number, and every stamp they have collected is already there.
Money & the business case
Will this actually increase my sales?
Cafés running loyalty programmes overseas do see more repeat visits, so the pattern is real. But nobody can promise you an exact number sight unseen, because every café, menu and neighbourhood is different, and no honest answer skips that. That is exactly what the free trial is for: run it at your own counter, watch your own dashboard, and decide for yourself whether it is actually bringing your customers back before you pay anything.
How long is the free trial?
The trial runs from the first stamp you give a customer, not from the day you sign up. Ask us for the current pilot length.
What does it cost after the trial?
A flat 3,000,000 Toman a month for your whole brand, or 30,000,000 Toman a year (2 months free). No per-tap charges, and no commission on anything you sell.
What if I have more than one location?
One subscription covers your whole brand, however many branches you run. We do not charge per branch. The brand dashboard is still in development: the plan is one view for the brand with a sub-dashboard for each branch, all under the same account. Ask us where it stands if it matters for your decision to start now.
Do unclaimed rewards expire?
Yes. Every reward carries an expiry date, 30 days from when it is earned by default. Change that number for your whole café from your dashboard, or set a different one on an individual reward. It is also why the 71% claimed rate on this page means something: it only counts rewards that got redeemed before the clock ran out.
Privacy & your customers
What information does the customer give up?
A name and a mobile number. That is everything. No email, no password, no address, no payment details, no location, and no access to their contacts or photos.
Is my customers' data secure?
Yes. Everything travels over HTTPS and is stored on our own server. We do not sell, share or rent your customer list to anyone, and no other café using Reloy can see it. Your customers' data belongs to your café, and you can ask us to export or delete it at any time.
Can I get my customers' phone numbers?
No, and that is on purpose. If tapping the tag meant a café could call or text customers directly, people would think twice before tapping it, and the tap is the whole product. We keep phone numbers on our own server for exactly that reason, so customers trust the tap and keep using it. Reaching people who have drifted is a feature we are building, and it will work by sending a message inside the card already on their home screen, not by handing their number to anyone.
Can I target specific customers with messages or discounts?
Not yet, but it is in development for an upcoming version. The plan is to let you reach customers who have drifted past their usual rhythm with a message inside the card already on their home screen, and send an offer to the people it would actually bring back instead of discounting everyone who was already on their way in. Ask us where it stands if it matters for your decision to start now.
