Business Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026 · Applies to café and restaurant accounts on Reloy

This page covers the paid subscription between Reloy and the business running a loyalty program. Looking for the terms your own customers agree to when they use their loyalty card? See our Customer Terms & Privacy Policy instead.

Reloy sells café and restaurant owners a digital stamp-card platform: a dashboard to run your loyalty program, and an NFC tag your staff use to stamp a customer's card. This document is the contract between Reloy and your business for that subscription — separate from, and in addition to, the Customer Terms that govern your customers' own use of the app.

1.Who this applies to & what Reloy provides

These terms apply to you if you register a business account on Reloy — as an owner, or as someone authorised to act for the business. Reloy provides: the owner dashboard, the staff scanner, an NFC tag for your counter, and the loyalty card your customers see. Reloy does not set, fund, or fulfil the rewards you offer — those are entirely your own, and any cost of honouring them is yours.

2.Your account

3.Free trial

New businesses get a 30-day free trial. It is counted from the first stamp you give a customer, not from the day you sign up. If you don't continue past the trial, your account and card simply stop working; nothing is owed either way.

4.Fees & billing

5.Cancellation & refunds

6.The NFC tag

7.Setup & onboarding

We aim to have you live — tag delivered, card configured, staff shown how it works — in about a week from signup. That's an estimate, not a guarantee; delays (shipping, scheduling, information we're waiting on from you) can push it out, and your trial only starts once you're actually live, not before.

8.Your responsibilities

9.Your customers' data

10.Your own data

11.Your brand, our software

You keep all rights to your business name, logo, and colours — you're only giving us permission to display them on your card and dashboard for as long as your account is active. Reloy keeps all rights to its own software, design, and brand; nothing here transfers any of that to you.

12.Confidentiality

Anything non-public we learn about each other's business while setting up or running your account — pricing you're offered, how your program performs, anything marked confidential — stays between us, used only to provide and improve the service.

13.Service "as is" & availability

Reloy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time — we'll try to give notice for anything that meaningfully affects how your program works.

14.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reloy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost customers, or lost data — arising from your use of the service. Reloy's total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15.Term & termination

These terms apply for as long as you have an active subscription. Either of us may end it at any time as described in section 5. On termination, your dashboard access ends and your card stops collecting new stamps; customer data is handled as described in section 9.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at this page. Continuing to use Reloy after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Iran.
